1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Perfect Pieces Puzzle Company website (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products or services from us (“Products”). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing any Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase any Products.  

2. Use of the Site

• You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to:
  • Use the Site to transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Product Information

• We make every effort to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site.  
• Product descriptions and images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact appearance of the product.
• Colors may appear slightly different in print than on screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

4. Orders

• All products are custom-made to order.
• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including image quality concerns or incorrect information provided.
• Customers are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information, including shipping details and image files.

5. Payment

• Payment is required in full before production begins.
• We currently accept e-Transfer and cash (for local pick-up).
• An invoice will be issued once order details are confirmed.
• All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to applicable taxes.

6. Shipping

• We offer local pick-up and shipping within Canada.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
• Processing times typically range from 5–7 business days but may vary depending on order volume.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Refunds or replacements will only be offered in the case of a verified printing defect or production error.
• Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• We are not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from low-resolution images provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase of any Products.  

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and trademarks, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and the Products are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
